Latest update for iOS, app is continuously offline. Please help with update. App works on android phone correctly.
i have the same issue,,,i can login with app and on pc, i can see my inverter in "Equipment" but i cannot select settings, error is gives is
"Failed to obtain inverter information"
I have deleted and re-installed the app, still nothing.
App is the latest version, but do not have the option of "region 2"...
This started happening about a week ago...
anyone advise please...
