Discharge Limits
I have 2 batteries(5.12 and 5.32 rept) with a 3.6 Ecco Inverter but my discharge rate never seems to go over 2712w so my system seems to be limited but I should be able to discharge up to 3600w.
Any advice would be appreciated.

had this been the case in the warmer months? The charge level is affected by temp
what your discharge current is set to? This might be limiting your rates, this is found under battery settings
