Fuse holder melted
I just noticed that my -ve battery fuse holder has melted with the fuse nuts now embedded in the plastic cover. Sunsynk 12kw 3 phase, 48v Dyness batteries (10kwh). The fuses are Victron Mega 125A/80V in Victron holders with Victron 275A breaker switches. 35mm cable on both sides of the fuse.
The +ve line seems fine and no other damage anywhere I can see. I have been through the battery current logs and there is one peak drain at 85A for a mins but nothing else,. The inverter has a discharge max set at 100A and a charge max set at 40A.
Just wondered if anyone has any idea on a possible cause?

Update: removed extra fuse - checked and tightened all 35mm connectors and the temps are now barely 1 degree above ambient.
Thermal imager is incredibly useful actually - checking other cabling under full load to make sure no other future issues.
