It seems that the installer installed the Sun Synk 12k 3-phase inverter and the Sun Synk does not know of the generator due to our old grid-tie inverters as well. So the Sun Synk is set up so its incoming feed is Eskom, once load-shedding starts the generator switches on. But on this cutover to generator feed the sunsynk disconnects from the grid but does not get any feed from the generator. We have freedom won etower 5000 batteries installed as well and had comms issues. Batteries were set to AGV V but then no comms from the batteries. We changed the settings to Lithim to read batterie comms but now it does not charge with the batteries when the generator is running.
