I’ve been struggling lately with keeping customers engaged in a niche where everyone seems to offer the same thing, at least from the customer’s point of view. Sometimes I feel like I’m doing everything right—answering messages quickly, adjusting pricing, adding small bonuses monoup—but people still drift away after a few purchases. Maybe I’m missing something deeper about long-term retention. Has anyone here figured out what actually works beyond the typical “be consistent” advice?
