Technical Support

I have a 3.6 kWh system. After I've set the Remote Access tic box I find that it is unticked after a couple of days without any input from me. The timing is not consistent sometimes 4 or 5 days and sometimes one day, there are no fault codes shown. Anyone any ideas? I've also posted a official request for help on the Sunsynk site but they appear to ignore it!
