Effective home UK
Has anyone had their batteries installed by Effective Home in the UK? We aren't having any joy with them with any help at all. Cost us £7500 for two batteries and get nothing from them. Have the app installed but can't do anything with the settings on there as when I click save it say no permission. I just want effective homes to come round and set this up properly. It's been like since install back in January. The sun has been blasting here for a few days now and our energy bills haven't changed and the batteries only charge to about 40%. Though effective home keep fibbing us off and never phone us back.

Solar export is to allow inverter to export power to the grid once battery is fully charged.
https://imgbb.com/HBPKvdg - this shows how much to charge or discharge battery in each given period and wherever to charge it from the grid or generator, if there is enough solar available that setting will be overriden and battery will charge to 100%.
