Issues with App or Inverter?
I've recently had Solar pannels installed with a Sunsynk 3.6kW Hybrid Inverter and a couple of batteries. Since it has been running from yesterday morning there has been 3 episodes of the app throwing out a load of fault and warning codes while the inverter itself is not reporting any faults/ alarms on its interface. During these error code episodes you can clearly see the temp reporting on the app fall off a cliff too. Just wondering if anyone has had this on their end too.
The latest I've heard from the installers / Sunsynk is that it's an issue with the App rather than inverter if so would be keen to know if anyone else is in the same boat and how long these errors are likely to persist.

I do not know what the warnings are. However I am concerned that you have 2 "Faults" that are showing. F01: DC_inversed failure suggest that you have a polarity issue with the PV connection. and F21: Tz_GFDI_OC_Fault which I think is related as I believe this code suggests that you have DC PV leakage which may be as a result of incorrect polarity.
Check you PV polarity as a minimum otherwise you may have to get an electrician who would have specialist gear to test for the leakage.
WRT the warnings, you may have to log a case with support if the above is not the issue.
