High frequency noise/sound on 5kW Sunsynk inverter
@Keith GoughIs it normal for the 5kW Hybrid inverter to have a very high frequency noise. I have installed 2x 5kW's. I noticed a very slight noise on the first one but it did not bother me. The second one I installed was for a much younger guy and he says the noise is extremely loud and hurts his ears but to me it again was just a slight noise. An older person could not hear the noise at all. So it seems like the frequency is at the top end of the spectrum that is audible. Surely this noise can not be the norm?? On the 8kW Sunsynk I do not hear this noise at all. If this noise is "normal" on the 5kW then it literally means that it can not be installed where young/middle age people are living.

Its a switching type inverter 99.5% never hear any noise however it leaves 0.005 with a noise they can here, we have now released a firmware upgrade to change the operating frequency if you contact the service centre they can arrange to send the upgrade
