Meter instead of CT

In the absence of a response to a technical support ticket, can anyone here assist please?

We (my installer and I - who are tag-teaming this) have beem told my 8.8kW Hybrid needs a remote meter as 20m is too far (inverter in outbuilding, consumer unit in house, lots of CAT6 between them). However the recommended Eastron SDM120CT meter is apparently not available at the moment so I am wondering whether the connected SDM630 (as specified for the larger 50kW inverter) will this work for the 8.8kW unit. The Modbus registers for Phase 1 appear to be identical to the meter with a current transformer. Anyone using this meter?

And if it does work, where does it connect to the inverter? The manual says "Meter_CON" but I don't have one of those. I have five RJ45s: "RS485", "BMS 485/CAN", "DRMS", "parallel_1" and "parallel_2". Tech support tells me they know the manual doesn't match the device as changes have been made, but don't tell me what to do about it.

Thanks to all who offered assistance. it seems that the problem is that the manual is wrong and the CT should be on pins 3 and 4 not 5 and 6 on this version. I'm pretty cross about this. It now seems OK on the four pairs wired in parallel.
