Plant not shareable

Good day,

we recently have a few plants when initiating them we cannot share it to any other user even though we are installers. I've escalated to Sunsynk's support but they have not come back with a fix and our clients are very annoyed that they cannot see their systems online.

The only option I have when clicking on the 3 dots (more) are to disassociate the installation
