F13 - Grid_Mode_changed
I am completely off grid and this evening I wanted to take the batteries up via my generator as today had been a low solar day. So I did what I usually do advised by my installer to kick the generator in and change the Gen Start (10-90%) on the Master inverter from it's usual 30% to above the battterys current SOC so 55% as it was down to 48% SOC.
I have not needed to run the generator for just over a week and when I did this this time I lost all power and got the fault codes F13 - Grid_Mode_changed twice for the Slave inverter and F41 - Parallel_System_Stop on the Master inverter. The generator carried on running and the inverters must have reset and bought the power back on but this is weird as it's not happened before.
Any idea's please? Manual just says "Inverter work mode changed 1. Reset the inverter. 2. Seek help from Sunsynk."
I will get in touch with my installer on Monday but being Friday evening I doubt I will get an answer back until late Monday at the earliest so would appreciate any thoughts.
Not sure if it's relevant but System Mode >> Work Mode is set to Zero Export + Limit to Load only.

Thanks it seems a bit odd as I have no grid connection and the problem occurred when I changed the gen start battery SOC to turn on the generator. It’s never done this before.
