Non-essential loads draining batteries at night
Is there a setting on my 8kW Hybrid inverter to prevent non-backed up loads (“non-essentials”) being powered by batteries during night-time? I want these non-essential loads to be powered by PV and batteries during the day but not at night (18:00 to 06:00). At night, only backed-up load (“essentials”) must be powered by batteries. Non-essentials must be powered by grid.
This is to prevent emptying my batteries early in the evening, which would leave me vulnerable during grid failure later. Currently my oven, air conditioning, etc. are draining my batteries very quickly in the evenings. I have seen this concern raised on other forums where Sunsynk inverters are discussed but have never seen a solution. This is quite important in countries with an unstable grid or regular load-shedding. My goal with my system was to let it run my backed-up loads 24/7 and also let it assist my non-essential loads in the daytime. So far I have been unable to accomplish this. Thanks!

@Vassen Moodley Can you please elaborate on how you can get this done. I use solar assistant with Mqtt enabled , so i can see my Inverter in HA. Thanks
