System disconnected from grid
On Monday (so about 96 hours ago) my system spontaneously became "unaware" of the grid. It shows 0W coming from grid, and battery only discharges when sun is not shining and the small inverter load runs it down; then as soon as the sun comes up solar generation ramps up to ~600W but then shuts off when battery is full. For the rest of the day solar generation stays at ~50W which supplies the inverter.
I have a 7kW inverter (SYNK-7K-SG05LP1) and 5.3kWh battery, with 6.88kWp solar. The last fault code shown on the inverter was high voltage from 27 May (a week after system was installed). I have shut down and restarted the system after a 3 minute wait, and I have had Sunsynk do a firmware upgrade on the inverter (5.3.8.4 to 5.3.8.6).
Supplier will come take a look in a week, but that's quite a lot of generation lost. Any ideas of what I could try before that? The CT coil still appears to be connected to the inverter, which is I presume how the system knows the grid is still live. My ill-informed suspicions are either the inverter software or hardware has developed a fault, or that the CT coil or connection to it has failed.

RESOLUTION: the supplier visited two days ago. Apparently it was a "faulty pole on the AC isolator". They said it was not uncommon but allegedly it shouldn't happen again. System is connected again, generating and exporting.
