Hi wanted to know if one can have a different system mode program for the work week and the weekend? Since there is system mode 1 and 2?

It is a good idea, but sadly it does not do it out of the box.
If you like to tinker, you could look at intergrating something like Home Assistant that you can program to interface with the Sunsynk Inverter / Sunsynk Connect - https://www.home-assistant.io/
