I've just had a zappi installed, and hit a wall re getting the CT connections correctly in place?

I have a Sunsynk 5KW

2 x 5kw Pylontech batteries

6 X (3kw array) large solar panels on the roof

All was working well until we put the CT clamps in from the zappi...

My batteries have dumped all into the grid?

The zappi app is correct but my sunsynk now does not recognise my house?

Any help appreciated or is there a diagram of how the CT clamps should correctly be installed, and how many?

My setup was charge batteries overnight between 12-7 at cheap rate, solar runs my house during the day with battery back up and also recharges the batteries now we are in summer. Any surplus could then be dumped into my EV, which is programmed to recharge at night.
