Can't get battery to charge from grid - also seems to be behaving strangely

Hi, I'm a new user, got solar for the first time last week, using a Sunsynk 3.,6kw inverter, and a battery, Sunsynk 5.12, installed two days ago. I tried last night to get the battery to charge at 01:00 in my Octopus Go slot only to be disappointed to find it still on 25% when I woke up. I've tried this morning to get the battery to charge directly from the grid and it's had no effect.

Here's the configuration: (I set grid charge on for the attempt to charge it directly this morning, but it's off again now)

I'm also getting a strange power flow, given I have 'priority load' set. The house load is being met from the grid (with a seeming 50w loss) and all solar, such as it is currently, is going into the battery. When the battery reaches 26% it switches to discharge until it's back to 25%, with a corresponding drop in what's pulled from the grid.

Any ideas?

EDIT:

Thanks for the responses, it looks as though the configuration was correct (obviously with 'grid charge' also set) It was an installation issue, but I'm not sure what, but the installers fettled in the loft and then it worked. Charging is now working correctly and the strange situation seen in the power flow is no longer happening.

Enable Grid charge on first page.

Second page seems correct.

Avoid having low SoC setting and allowing charging from grid at the same time, i've had that cause issues
