Hi All

I am writing here in the hope that someone (particularly Sunsynk) might have insight.. I have been trying to get support to resolution from Sunsynk support since the 23 Dec..

You will have hopefully seen my previous post that after a cold snap here in the UK on the 21 Dec, my SS 5.12 CATL battery went haywire and was not getting to or maintaining the SOC of 20%... After putting a heater and insulated box around the battery to minimise cold and a couple of hard battery resets and force charging with electricity to 100% it seems to be at least getting to SOC of 20%.

HOWEVER, post all that the battery is now behaving different when at SOC now from the way it was bahving before 21 Dec... As you will see from the graphs provided, the battery when sitting at SOC is drawing over 10x of what it was doing before 21 Dec.. You can see repeatable draw and discharge happening on the battery when at SOC mode (if you look at the last attachment).

Has anyone got any thoughts? Nothing changed with the setup configuation wise before the SOC issue arose... I am pushing sunsynk support for tangible support and troublisehooting of what is now going on.. Is there a FW update on Inverter or Battery that is required? Is there something going on with the BMS of the SS CATL 5.12 now? Comms between battery and inverter are fine but don't know if there are other ways to interrogate the BMS on the battery for more insight...
