Sunsynk connect app

The app on my phone is showing a series of tests.instead of the usual plant information. If I enter the plant name into the plant line box and click search the response is "no data"

This is via the website on any device Seems Android and IOS has Apps and not Windows The problem arises when trying to use the Android App to install the plant and it says “Device Binding “ It’s already running on my IPhone as an App and via the web It is also running on Windows (Web) and Android (Web only) Try to install it of a second device but use Android this time around
