AC Status on Sunsynk mobile app

The Sunsynk Connect app doesn't show me if the AC connection is ON/OFF (load shedding).
It shows a grey line with 0 watts - but when one looks at the inverter panel there is a LED for the AC status, and that doesn't correlate to the grey line on the app. I would expect the line to be grey when AC is OFF, and yellow when the connection is ON.
In the photos below you can see the inverter AC status is ON, but the app shows a grey line which I assume is OFF? But its wrong.

My understanding is that the grid is not 'off', just that no load is being drawn from it and your house is being powred by a combination of solar and battery power. A similar thing will happen overnight when the solar will read 0W
If the inverter is disconnected from the grid, then you get an alert from the app 'Grid Disconnection'.
