Technical Support

I have a 12kW three phase inverter which has a number of quirks which I don't fully understand. For example, when I introduce a non-essential load, the power to the house icon reduces while the export power increases. This is the wrong way around (apologies, in the video I accidentally switched on the wrong plug at first and only corrected it a little while in)

I am also the only person I've seen with this System screen and I cannot figure out how to limit to load only. It always exports or only powers essential loads.
