Data logger difference between battery charge and discharge units

Hi. I am new to solar, only been running my system for 17 days.

I have an 8kva Sunsynk coupled to a freedom won 10/8 Lite battery.

I received the battery close to fully charged, so from full to full I would have expected the charge and discharge units on the data logger to be close to alignment. After 17 days the data logger shows a total charge of 116kwh and total discharge of 104kwh, with the SOC at 100%.

I understand SOC loss at idle over time, but 12kwh in 17 days seems a bit excessive.

Is there a technical (logical) reason why the charge amount is so much higher than the discharge?

That's close to 90% cycle efficiency. Maybe no need to get too alarmed. I get ~91% on my BSL battery. I've seen SolarMD getting over 95%. Allegedly as the inverter "learns" your battery, it improves over time too.
