Noob questions...
Hey all - New set up, installer isn't really answering any of my questions, I hope you can help!
3 Phase Inverter 12kwh, 13.6khw on the roof, 2x5kwh batteries, UK based.
1 - Battery Charging from Grid (Image 1)
I've noticed that my batter is discharging / charging at night - I'm not on any beneficial tariff yet so don't want that to happen, so far I've tried two different approaches to prevent this, both haven't worked;
1 - Turn Grid Charge Off under battery settings
2 - Ensure that Grid charge of each time block is not checked under system mode settings.
But it still appears to charge in block which I presume is the three blocks that nearly reach -3161 below - surely if grid charge is off this shouldn't happen and it just sits and waits for PV to recharge the next day?
2 - Grid Input (Image 2)
When look at the Grid Input on Image 2 it shows grid input being low, e.g.14/4 shows 11kwh (it was a Saturday we were entertaining so quite high use day), but when I look at the meter for the day it's in the region of 30kwh - so what's going on here??
3 - Solar Energy use / ASHP
This is something I see that looks good but not 100% sure so would appreciate your view – I’m sitting here right now, nothing really being used by the house, but when the sun is out the house usage goes up in alignment with it and down in alignment – I’m not sure why or how it does this but hopefully it’s some tie up with the ASHP that is being fired up when we have potential excess solar and heats the water? This is a scenario I see on the data all the time….

Still not finding a way to sort this - I’ve attached a further couple of pictures;
1 - The CT connections appear correct, you can see these in white alongside the black ones which cover the My energy Zappi.
2 - The house Load still seems to be pulling from the batteries through the night resulting in battery discharge / charge rather than from the grid with the SOC hits 20%, it’s going this at 40% which is odd as I can’t see any setting that sets this limit alongside Grid change being off it makes no sense..
