Inverter ignores SOC/v

Hi,

I have a 5kva inverter with 2 x 5.1kva batteries.

I have a issue where when the grid is available and my batteries are on 30% and we use a high current appliance like a kettel, it then depletes the batteries to 0%. The system still stays on when on 0%.

SOC/v set to 30%

System shut down set to 20%

In my mind the inverter should draw all the power from the grid.

Please any ideas

Sorry, should have mentioned it.

Yes there are PV connected to the system, pics was taken before the sun was out.

The 2 batteries I have are about 2 years old, one was installed about two months after the other.

I have experienced before where the system shut down on 20% due to the grid not being available.

Also as I have set the SOC to be 99% during the day, it never falls below 99% during the day, as expected.

Only thing I don't know is how much power the batteries had before the kettle was started, wife was up before I could check.
