What does one do in the following situation?

Month old install of 8kw Sunsynk, wifi working ok, Last week wifi fails, I reprogram and leave, but find it offline on the solarman app, go back this a.m. reprogram all good, but whilst there I can see the green led’s on the unit switch off – all 3, remove plug back in, it’s lights up – and offline 5 min later all 3 led’s off

It seems like a faulty Solarman wifi dongle?

Anyone advise if i can do anything or is it a return to Distributor?
