Direct link to home assistant
Hi, I'm having no luck in a direct link to 8.8 ecco into home assistant. Followed advice for pins outs 1,2,3 connected to 485 to usb adapter and 4,5 connect to battery ( with and without battery 2 (gnd) connected to inverter 6). the inverter is set to canbus so does this disable the other pins? Home assistant os is running on a pi4b+. I can sometimes get a tx flash on the adapter but no rx. I'm probably been thick or what. I need a direct link as our bb is poor and keeps dropping out.

What software are you using on HA end? kellerzas addon?
Try swapping A and B pins, labelling is inconsistent on a lot of adapters.
