Confusing readings

We had a sunsynk system install with a 3.6 kw inverter and 5.2 KW battery installed yesterday .

The readings below were taken at 18.45.

As there is not instruction manual I need some help understanding these readings as the do not make sense.

  1. I assume the load is the total amount being use and is represented by the house. This figure has never gone above 16 w since install, whilst I would only like to be using a maximum of 16 w it cannot be correct.

  2. The grid is represented by the mast and has never gone above 60 w even when we are not generating any solar power again this cannot be correct and our smart meter has shown readings for 250 w to 3.1 kw.

  3. The battery has never discharged at any higher than 24 w surely at 97% full we should by using the battery and not the grid.

Can anyone explain what I am seeing and if these readings are correct, is there a reason as to why the figures do not all add up and why we are not using the power from the battery. Also could someone explain what SOC means or stands for on the Energy Generation graph.

I contacted sunsynk and they will not talk to customers , so if anyone can help.

Thanks

And if you have a fault with your inverter you lose power to all those loads.
