Do I still need to contact support to update inverter and batteries?
I seem to have the option to do an update but when I press it I get does not have permission, so do I still need to contact support, how do I get the permission I'm already an owner

If you press this button it will probably just tell you there are no updates. What it does if there is an update available I've not seen yet. Probably just tell you to contact support if you want it.
