SunSynk MPPT Channels not operating in sync

Hi

I have noticed that my SunSynk 5kW inverter does not draw power from my two MPPT strings equally as the solar input increases in the morning. I have two arrays of 5 x 460W panels each and the two rows are positioned one below the other, on a 37.5 degree roof. Both strings get full sun within 5 mins of each other, still it sometimes takes MPPT 1 up to an hour after MPPT 2 to "kick in" and start delivering current to the inverter.

The inverter tends to take current from MPPT 2 first, even though the voltages of the two channels match almost exactly at that stage. The voltage of MPPT 1 will then increase well above that of MPPT 2 (since there is no current draw), then finally drop to match MPPT 2 as the inverter starts to take current from the channel. See attached graphs of the issue. Also, it seems to be more likely to happen when it is a clear day.

When I notice this imbalance and I deliberately disconnect MPPT 1 at my combiner fuse box and reconnect, the inverter immediately starts to take power from MPPT 1. As mentioned, if left alone, it can take up to an hour before it resolves itself.

I am running on firmware version M 3.3.7.1 (have requested update on 22/12/2022)
