Values reading wrong after factory reset
I’ve reset my inverter and my readings went completely off after reset. I’m generating over 2kw of solar but it’s showing 0.3kw. The reason for the factory reset was because my logger is bound to the previous owners account so I wanted to register it in my account however factory reset doesn’t solve this issue. Now my readings are all incorrect. It was correct before factory reset

You will need to reconfigure you inverter. Once you get it working again and connect to Sunsynk connect, there is is an option to backup all the settings.
