All Sunsynk products and still BMS Error stop.

So I have 3 installations with Sunsynk Inverter, Sunsynk battery, and Sunsynk cable.
I enable BMS error - stop for safety. The inverter reads the battery.
But when load shedding happens, the inverter stops on a BMS Fault. Please explain?
I then when on a standard network cable for coms and had no problems.
