Where to see user access level on connect platform?
Is there a place on the SunSynk Connect platform (website or app) where one can see ones current user access level?
I want to verify whether my user access level change request was actioned as per the 'User Level Access Change' request form at the bottom of https://www.sunsynk.org/remote-monitoring

https://www.sunsynk.org/remote-monitoring states request takes up to 48 hours to action and sure enough about 24 hours after my request I did get an email from sunsynk saying it has been actioned.
But, I would still like to see my user level somewhere on the platform and confirm whether its now 'Approved Installer' as requested. I now have extra options on the navigation pane to the left and I can set the data loggers update rate, etc. But I can't find the inverter firmware upgrade section.
It's my understanding that with user level of 'approved installer' one can push software updates to customers inverters without the need to go via https://www.sunsynk.org/up-grade

An approved installer can create a new plant, edit all parameters, and share plants with their customers. They can also change their customer's user level so they can access certain or all settings / parameters. In addition to this, approved installers can also push updates and upgrades to their customer's inverters.
