Problems with inverter
Hi All, I have a 3.7kw inverter with a 5kw battery and 4kw PV array, i recently noticed my battery wasnt charging and the generation from the PV was poor.
It seems the battery isnt charging and generation is only ramped up during the day when there is demand and drops off again sending no excess solar to charge the battery. Had the installer round and we were told to change the settings to charge from grid but even then never charged it fully and i have reset the SOC back to the normal 20%
Planning a call to tech support in the morning but opening things up to support also.
