Technical Support

Hi,

I have 6x Sunsynk SSLB1 batteries connected to an 8.8Kw inverter and I was told by support (in October) that 6 cannot communicate via CAN properly (5 appears to the maximum and I've confirmed this). The suggestion was to only connect 3 batteries via the comms and leave 3 without (in the hope they would charge/discharge in a similar pattern to the ones with comms).

Keith/Support, any update on a firmware fix for this setup - is no-one else using more that 5 batteries successfully?
