I have a 5.5kW unit. I have a generator connected to the generator port - but the batteries are not charging?
I have a Dyness Litium battery pack. The generator provides 230V on the Generator Input terminals. I have a grid failure. I started the generator to charge the batteries, but they are not charing.
The system "sees" the generator - and reports 0.5 hours gen run time, but does not pass the generator power to the load.
It also does not use the generator power to charge the batteries?
Any advice on settings please?
