Interesting, so if batteries/BMS differs, then common denominator is the SunSynk, I was thinking it may be the Hubbles, as they also currently have a known issue. My Batt Shutdown is set to 20% and have never gone below 45% on Batteries. Yet as mentioned this initiated after the Sunsynk firmware change. Running ver:M2004-1108 S18-07 C1001-E024Had 1084 E014 before this. Interesting to know if you are on same version?Also, are you using ATS for Neutral/Earth bonding (Signal islanding mode), mine is not providing 220V output and also see in latest manual V16, they no longer reference this on pins 5&6
