Sunsynk Connect offline since 18 Jan ***now fixed 25 Jan - tip is to use PC not phone***
My system has not been showing data since it went offline at around 0600 hrs on 18 Jan. Neither the app or website are working.
The only response I've had from Sunsynk was that a server upgrade was happening, but it's been 6 days now and makes exploiting the Saving Sessions much harder if I'm not at home.
Is anyone else having the same problem or is it just me?

I had the same problem where the WiFi Dongle's green LED would stay on for a few seconds and then go off for 2 seconds. This would repeat over and over. I could not log into it with the EAP-XXXX WiFi AP. I actually had to switch off my WiFi Network completely, before it connected with my cell phone. The 10.10.10.1 Webpage showed DNS Error. I changed the the IP settings to Auto; Saved it (it showed success) and logged out. I then Enabled my WiFi network and after 1 - 2 minutes, the App showed Online! :-) I hope this helps
