Battery SOC 100% but still trying to charge it!

New user here. I just installed a PV system, with Sunsynk inverter and Pylontech US5000 battery. We're getting into the detailed setup and I noticed today, that even though the battery is 100% charged, the inverter is still pushing 35watts out to the battery. The battery appears to be shutting down (all lights go off) and then restarting, over and over again. Although I am not seeing any fault codes. Is this an inverter issue or a battery issue? No issue even though it says 100 soc it still takes a bit of power as it isn’t really 100% but very close so trickle charging 35 watts isn’t anything really
