Hi,

I have installed 4 sunsynk 5 and 8 kw inverters where I connected lithium batteries and needed to manually setup battery parameters because it's BMS is not communicating with the inverters.

When I set the battery mode to AGM % it does not give me a battery SOC from the main screen. (The other Inverters work fine with the same batteries, accept on these specific inverters)

This gives me a continuous beep and eventually after a minute or so a error F56 apears.

As soon as I change the battery mode to AGM V the SOC shows correctly and Inverter stops beeping and goes to normal opperating. The same error apears again if I attempt to go back to AGM %.

Why would this happen?

Even if the other inverters which the setting is on AGM % settining and work's perfectly is all setup the same as the ones I have on AGM V (which I left on this setting).

Also on the inverters with the battery mode AGM V it discharges the battery all the way to about 0 to 4 % where I specificully set it to discharge to about 50V.

I did for time being set the inverter to not dicharge the battery until I get a fix for this...

The "Time of use" settings is set to discharge to 50V at night time with "Grid Gharge" enabeled.

Please assist??
