Sunsynk inverter settings keep betting reverted
I have a recently installed 5kW ECCO inverter with intermittent internet connection. This is caused by the Wi-Fi extender dropping out when the inverter is put into zero export mode (I guess the noise on the mains is too much). The point is that the internet connection available to the logger is at best intermittent.
The problem I am having is that the "system mode 1" settings I enter from the touch-screen keep on getting changed/undone without my interaction. What is the official configuration of the system? What is shown on the UI, or in Sunsynk Connect cloud, something in the logger stick or some hidden store of state inside the inverter? At the moment the inverter is programmed to take power from the grid to charge batteries to 100% between 1000 and 1100, and it keeps on getting reset to do so after a few hours (presumably when it can connect to the internet). Moreover, if I untick the "Use Timer" it appears to be re-ticked by something within a minute or so. What is doing this?
See other comments in this thread; it looks as if the Octopus Agile integration is causing my issue (the installer set the charge and discharge prices to 0).
