Charging a battery from utility grid in UK without formal connection to grid.

I wish to create an off grid system for my home here in the UK.

I plan to use the Sunsynk 5.5kW Hybrid Inverter connected to an

existing 15kwh lithium iron phosphate battery. I wish to be able to charge

The battery from the mains, but NOT export to the mains,

all the AC power output will be used on domestic circuits not connected to national grid supply.

So much like a portable solar power station . My question is,

Is it possible to charge the battery bank via your inverter at a slow rate of say 2kw via a standard

UK domestic plug? How can I charge the battery via the inverter from the UK grid to just charge the battery and not be used for for any other output from the inverter?

Bluetti input is for charging only and has no capability to export power (it's just a glorified large power bank).

Sunsynk has a topology where it is capable of exporting power on all outputs and it's only the software that is limiting it.

There are multiple routes to G99, the one that we are all using which is type tested inverter, but for other users there have always been a route of testing equipment in situ (and one way of complying with G99 requirements is external G99 monitoring device that then opens mains incomer in case of grid failure) it is usually witnessed by the DNO and chargeable.
