APP - Cant make any changes in System Mode ?? - it says "COMMAND SEND FAILURE"
In the App as of yesterday when I try to make any adjustment under SYSTEM MODE , then press "SAVE" , it gives the error "COMMAND SEND FAILURE".
The app is unusable as I cant change any settings. This has been the entire day. There is WiFi signal at the inverter.
The same thing occurs when trying to change anything in SYSTEM MODE via a web browser from any PC - it gives the same error - "COMMAND SEND FAILURE".
Please could you kindly urgently help. Cant make any changes to app to control timers or SOC. Thank you.

After battling for hours, I removed the datalogger from the inverter and the issue was resolved.
