Passcode
Hi, Please help. I clicked the "lock out all changes" box and now my inverter is locked out. It's asking for a 5 digit code to log back in but I don't have any code. I did the installation and it never required a code before nor was I given one when I purchased the inverter from Northside Electrical in ballito. Please help me with this.

The 4 digit pass codes do not work, if you accidentally or intentionally press the lockout option you cannot escape from it with anything but the 5 digit code. I have support tickets raised but still no support
