Sunsynk App Customer Permissions

Hi All,

I've set up a customer type on the Sunsynk.net app that should allow the customer to change settings remotely on his account. Yet when the customer accesses the settings, all settings show zero and a messages comes up indicating the customer does not have the necessary permission to change the settings.


I'm aware that it is not a good idea to grant permissions to a customer to change too many settings but the risks have been explained to the customer.


Please assist on what to do to activate permissions on the customer account in order to be able to change equipment settings.

Is it true that this would void the warranty if the customer is not an approved installer? Someone told me this and I would be surprised as the same settings are available to the customer on the unit itself.
