How long does it take an engineer to respond to an acknowledged fault on an inverter.
I have a 16lw max and it doesn't display DC temperature ,in the app.it days it's at minus 27 c
I have been told an engineer is looking at the issue ,but it's been well over aonth since this has been reported,and passed on to an engineer
It has been confirmed there is a fault on the temperature reading,but not addressed.this is a replacement inverter ,as the first one was faulty.That took several months to be sorted.
All in all of you need a firmware update no problem,after that it drags on and on

My Fogstar Server Rack batteries report internal temperatures to my 8.8kW Ecco via the BMS and are visible in the "Li BMS" display on the inverter. Loads of other temperature readings (and lots of other information) available via the Pbms Tools software provided by Fogstar - absolutely brilliant.
