I have two Sunsynk batteries and one inverter. One of the batteries keeps on switching off by itself?
I had the same problem, plus I'd I looked at the custom chart there was as large fluctuation in the Battery SOC.
End result my installer changed both batteries and since then it has been performing as I would expect.
Record the date and time this happens. Take photos to prove it was off and record the charts for the day it happens. Email this info to your installer each time.
Like my installer, yours may still be held back by Sunsynk as they retain the right to decide if the batteries are faulty.
You will be asked to turn the system off and on again, I.e a reset.
They will also perform software updates etc.
Mine took 3 months to complete so good luck.....
Just don't give up.
