Hello all

My friend has a Sunsynk 12wk with 2x Pylontech batteries 5000u with 18 x 545 panels

I know the batteries are not big enough. at night they do not use more the 400 watts when load shedding.

so for some reason, the batteries keep going in alarm. the float voltage is 51.5v

The voltage is so HIGH on the batteries?

I have requested to upgrade the firmware on the inverter.

Please help!
