I usually decide based on whether the premium option removes frustration or just skips meaningful gameplay. When a LootBar game recharge comes into play for me, it is only to smooth out slow progression or save time during busy periods, not to rush past content I actually enjoy. Used selectively, it keeps the game fun without making progression feel hollow.
