Charging Discrepancy
Hi All. Have a 5kw inverter with 4 x 12v lithium batteries but with internal BMS on each battery. So no communication from battery to inverter. I do have a Victron Smart shunt connected in the loop. I noticed when discharging from 100% SOC the discharge is very similar but on charge, both devices will record the same percentage charge until I stop it from charging before 100%. The shunt maintains the charged percentage but after a few minutes the inverter escalates the percentage to 99 %. I have set the battery to use AGM - V .
