Sunsynk load power measurement - what happened?
Hi All
I decided to switch my time of use off from 14:45 to boost charge my battery from the gird in anticipation of stage 4 load shedding. The weird thing is my load power value dipped down to zero 4 times during this period which is impossible as my base load at that time is minimum 600w? Any ideas?

Our system also uses grid power when there is no PV. Have you checked the SoC graphs when this happened? Spoke to Freedom Won today. This problem occurs when the individual cells are not balanced, I.e. have slightly different voltages. It appears as if the system stops charging once the higher voltage cells reach their desired voltage, leaving other cells under-charged . They will be programming the battery to a slightly lower voltage to allow all the cells to reach the same voltage. Some weeks later they will reprogram to standard values.
